(English Abstract)
The Internet of Things(IoT) is the concept of things being connected to wired/wireless networks and exchanging information with one another. IoT must allow organic communication between various things, as well as support features such as scalability, real-time, reliability, and interoperability. This paper proposes a Quality of Things(QoT) model to add the element of quality to an earlier research which integrated heterogeneous data/events/services by describing topics through the DDS standard. The QoT model classifies quality into the categories of data availability, data delivery, data timeliness and configurations and defines various DDS QoS kinds to address various requirements in the IoT. This paper also concludes with general remarks and a discussion of future works.
